The portion of New York State that is known as the “Finger Lakes” is one of the most beautiful parts of the state with a long and rich agricultural history. While the acreage devoted to vineyards is increasing, traditional dairy farms predominate on the plateaus between the lakes. This is a typical early morning view between Cayuga and Seneca lakes.
At-Hand Guides will be releasing a travel edition: Finger Lakes Top 100, At-Hand in forthcoming weeks. We will cover the best of the vineyards, parks and waterfalls, and the world-class destinations such as the Museum of Glass in Corning and the Johnson Museum in Ithaca.
